My style is collaborative using an integrated approach, combining interpersonal therapy with cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness techniques. I will maintain the focus of our sessions in a supportive environment, helping you understand the thoughts and feelings that you find troubling while providing space for you to make decisions about how to move forward confidently.

I will join you in identifying what you need or want to address. My goal is to help manage emotional distress such as anxiety and depression. I help clients navigate interpersonal relationships and work through life's difficult transitions, such as grief and loss, becoming a parent, workplace issues, new relationships and separations (defining new boundaries). If change is what you identify as your desired goal, then that is our next step.

I provide an objective outlook with experience and compassion that helps you understand what's happening in your life in a comfortable, non-judgmental environment.
